You were built for an unreasonable life. There’s a distance between who you are and who you were designed to become. It has a name, a map, and a closing strategy. This is where it starts.
The full system applied to your one life, with me in your corner. One clinician, one client, nothing diluted.
For Event LeadersKeynotes and workshops built on clinical evidence, for rooms that expect substance and leave with tools they keep.
Podcast & BookA hundred episodes of the Fully Alive show, and the book that carries the system onto the page.

“The glory of God is a person fully alive.”
St. Irenaeus, c. 180 AD
Something inside you knows you were made for a different magnitude of living. The promotions landed and the accolades came, yet a quiet signal persists beneath the noise. It keeps telling you the same thing: the life you’ve built and the life you were written for are two different lives.
That distance has a name. In the Fully Alive system, we call it the Aretic Gap, from Aristotle’s arete: the full expression of one’s inherent excellence. The gap has a specific architecture, specific causes, and a specific set of tools designed to close it.
Four forces hold it open.
The values running your decisions were inherited, absorbed, imposed. You’re building a cathedral on someone else’s foundation, and the Soulprint buried beneath it is still waiting to be read.
The Hydra of Half-Living wears your voice and runs a counterfeit version of your code, seven heads and seven corrupted superpowers, each one holding a piece of your fire hostage below the threshold of awareness.
You’ve left pieces of yourself scattered across old relationships, unmourned losses, abandoned identities, and unlived possibilities. Each fragment reduces how much of you shows up to your own life.
Your purpose is a helix woven from six strands that most people never learn to read. Without that helix, even the most disciplined life drifts.
The Aretic Gap Left alone, it becomes the quiet drag on everything.
The Fully Alive Personal Mastery System was forged across more than a decade of clinical practice, the best available science in psychology and neuroscience, and the ancient traditions of philosophy, theology, and martial arts. Eight principles and more than forty frameworks, each one pressure-tested in the Crucible before it earned a place here.
The same system and the same standard of work run through every engagement. The difference is how deep you go and how much gets installed before you walk out the door.

Read both lists. You’ll know within a minute which one is yours.
I’d rather tell you here than three sessions in.
A talk can move you for a week. This work asks you to practice every day.
We start by finding what’s off. That takes honesty you may never have given anyone.
Ninety days is the floor and a year is the deepest, and a weekend fixes nothing that matters.
One hour a week with me changes nothing if the other 167 stay the same.
Something in you already knows. Trust that.
People admire what you’ve built. At two in the morning, you wonder whose life it is.
You’ve read the books and done the retreats. Something deeper never moved.
You hold up your family, your team, your clients. No one is holding you up.
Real time, real money, real honesty, aimed at becoming who you were made to be.
Engagements scale with depth, duration, and access. Every tier delivers the full system at a different velocity.
Full refund if the work doesn’t meet you where you are. Three sessions is enough time to know.
Structures designed to remove the barrier between you and the work. Discussed during the consultation.
If the number feels proportional to what you’re building, you’ll know the moment you hear it.
Investment details are covered during the Fully Alive Consultation: thirty minutes of honest conversation about where you are and what’s possible.
I’m Larry G. Freeney. When I was twelve, my mother attempted to take her own life. I stood in the wreckage of that morning holding a question no child should have to carry: what does it actually take for a human being to come fully alive?
I’ve given my life to answering it. More than a decade in the clinical chair, sitting with people at the steepest inflection points of their lives, taught me what holds when everything else gives way. Three hundred psychological assessments for clergy formation, across nine dioceses and the Pontifical North American College in Rome, sharpened the architecture. The best science in psychology and neuroscience gave it structure. And the clinical room proved it, hour after hour, year after year, until a boy’s question became the Fully Alive Personal Mastery System.
“If it breaks in my hands, it never touches yours.”
The record reads like a dare: four black belts across four traditions earned over twenty-three years, a place among the three hundred athletes Spartan selected from eighty-eight thousand applicants, one of nineteen who stood at the start line of the 2025 Winter Death Race, and an Ultra finish of thirty miles and sixty obstacles without a single one failed. I keep that record for one reason, and it has nothing to do with trophies. It is quality control. Every framework in the Fully Alive system runs through my own body before it earns a place in the work, because a tool that cannot hold at mile twenty-two, with frozen hands on a rope, has no business being handed to a client at hour one.
The harder proving ground is my kitchen. Jovani and I have five children under seven, and a system that performs on a mountain but collapses at six in the morning with a toddler on each hip is half a system. What reaches you has survived both.
For two and a half years I hosted Fully Alive on Radio Maria, building an archive of more than one hundred episodes that walk listeners through the architecture of the system. That same body of work is now becoming The Code of the Unreasonable Life, the book in development that carries the full arc of the eight principles onto the page. Readers on the priority list receive the first three chapters before publication.
“Listening to Dr. Larry talk about his system made me realize how much of my life I’ve been living on autopilot. His approach is practical, deeply personal, and rooted in real experience. I walked away with tools I’m still using every day. If you’re serious about growth, this is the work that actually moves you.”Madelyn Mays Director of Operations, Mays Partners PC Legacy Client
“I’ve been through a lot of personal development programs. None of them gave me what Larry gave me in the first three sessions. He helps you see the architecture underneath everything you’ve been feeling, the whole structure you never had words for. The Soulprint work alone was worth the entire investment.”Richard Pintang Regional Vice President, Dale Carnegie Foundation Client
“Larry has a gift for naming what you’ve been carrying but never had the vocabulary for. That alone changes the trajectory. But what really sets him apart is the system behind it. The whole thing is architecture. I’m a different person than I was six months ago, and I have the tools to keep building.”Matthew Lawrence Director of Operations, Lone Star Development Forge Client
Clients who finish an engagement retake the twelve-domain measurement; on average the gap closes 61 percent. Every engagement carries a three-session full-refund window.
